In the middle of April I went to Paris, which is a great and beautiful town. the occasion was my uncle's and aunt's birthdays. So they had invited us to their birthday parties in Paris, the flight ticket, hotel and dinner included. omg! so great!
I went there with my family for around 5 days, and we had lots of experiences. The first day we just relaxed. But the second day, we went out to see the must see's, you know the Eifel Tower, Notre Dame and had a boat trip on Seinen - very beautiful monuments... and we went straight up in the Eifel Tower even though it was raining! :)
friday we went to Champ d'Elysses going shopping and to see the Triumph Bow and furthermore me and my sister got a hair cut, so we were ready for sunday - my uncle's birthday party
saturday we went to Pigalle, to see "the red light district" of Paris with all the sex shops and moulin Rogue... we had a dinner with my cousin there and afterwards I was about to meet a French friend I met in Buenos Aries, Helene, and we had a beer and crepes. it was so great to see her again and we talked about lots of things :) in the evening I went out with my cousin and sister in the same area to have a couple of drinks. Pigalle is even more colour full in the night.. very great!!
Sunday was my uncle's birthday, but first SHOPPING, haha once again, here we go. We went to a market, where second hand clothes and other stuff were sold. I bought a lot of clothes, a watch and a wallet for less than 30 euro.. LOVELY!
in the afternoon, we went to Montmatre where we had to celebrate my uncle's birthday. we had guided tour.. (in french translated by my uncle) in montmatre, which back in time was a village outside Paris but now is a part of town, which is very touristed but cozy anyway... It was a hot day! we ended the trip with wine tasting in the wine yard of mont matre (oh, so special...) well, red wine has never been my cup of tee, but I just did it, so I can say: I have done it. hahaha! all the wine entuatiasts will envy me so much ;) ... in the evening we went to a restaurant, where we had a 3 dishes menu containg of .. hmm soup and lamb with potatoes and for dessert the most delicious chocolate cake with raspberry in it... mhmhmh <3 this was a great day!
monday we went to a jew's neirboorhood, where we went looking at shops and had what they called "the best falafel in the world" ja yeah, it was great.. this was a cozy day with my family. in the evening we went out with my cousin, uncle and aunt for a couple of drinks and had dinner in a cozy restaurant.. we celebrated my aunt's birthday..
tuesday we had to say goodbye to a lovely town, with great food, hot French guys ;) (sorry to my boy friend ;) haha ) and beautiful monuments and bunch of charm...
it was a great trip and I definately wanna go back... here are some pictures from my trip :)
